It was at family-owned Casamar hotel that a first Michelin Star was awarded to Chef Quim Casellas in 2011. A true lover of Catalonian regional cuisine, he has been trained by the best in the trade: Joan Piqué, Carles Gaig, Joan Roca and Fermi Puig, among others. Delving in their art, he has added original savours to his cuisine, between rustic and contemporary inspirations, so much so that he is now one of the top Chefs of a country where paella is a religion. He will showcase his great mastery by orchestrating the kitchen of Château Mon Désir, and invites all to become acquainted, in a quite unexpected way, to his region’s dishes: 3 extraordinary culinary days where Spanish famed generosity will meet his talent. The exclusive 3-day programme

As from 7 p.m., you be the privileged guest at the Château for a welcoming cocktail with canapés. Then, you will proceed to the discovery of the Chef’s 7-course creative menu, which holds the promise to seduce connoisseurs and neophytes alike. These exclusive dinners are at Rs 3690 per person. A privilege also accompanied by another famous host, Maria Casellas, the Chef’s sister and “Maître d’Hôtel” at star Casamar restaurant, who will supervise the dinner. A guarantee that high-end service will be in line with a gastronomic experience!

The price, including a glass of sparkling wine and a large selection of soft and hot drinks, is at Rs 1990 per person.
