A Chef dedicated to stardom

It was at family-owned Casamar hotel that a first Michelin Star was awarded to Chef Quim Casellas in 2011. A true lover of Catalonian regional cuisine, he has been trained by the best in the trade: Joan Piqué, Carles Gaig, Joan Roca and Fermi Puig, among others. Delving in their art, he has added original savours to his cuisine, between rustic and contemporary inspirations, so much so that he is now one of the top Chefs of a country where paella is a religion. He will showcase his great mastery by orchestrating the kitchen of Château Mon Désir, and invites all to become acquainted, in a quite unexpected way, to his region’s dishes: 3 extraordinary culinary days where Spanish famed generosity will meet his talent. Nothing better for a mouth-watering experience!
