Sun Resorts shines through and becomes Sunlife

Sun is life!  No wonder that the renowned hotel group Sun Resorts, which has been active for 45 years, has opted for Sunlife to rebrand its name, thus celebrating the renaissance of the Sun ethos and spirit.

Sunlife embodies the group’s new lifestyle and energy. It reflects a new philosophy and culture that will be infused into every guest experience.

This rebranding includes the revamped ‘Come Alive Collection’ – an array of unique experiences such as the Energy Gym, Sega Zoomba, and Putting on the Ritz. The focus is on building on the strengths of each of the group’s four luxury hotels, including Sugar Beach, Long Beach, La Pirogue and Ambre. Sunlife also manages Île aux Cerfs, a private island that is home to the world-renowned Île aux Cerfs Golf Club.

Anew

“I am incredibly proud to introduce Sunlife, marking the revival of Sun’s heart and soul while creating exciting new experiences, celebrating Mauritian culture and the exclusive identities of our hotels. Sunlife is the pledge of a radiant and invigorating future beneath the warm glow of the sun, a lifestyle experienced with a pinch of magic from our beautiful island,” says François Eynaud, CEO of Sunlife.

To mark its new life, Sunlife held a celebration at Caudan Waterfront on Friday 21 October, where the artists’ avenue featured umbrellas in Sunlife’s new colours. This festive gathering marked the launch of the Come Alive Collection.

Sunlife teams performed Sega Zoomba, a musical experience created exclusively for La Pirogue by Désiré François who composed the music and Anushka Zuel who directed the choreography. Sega Zoomba is a fusion of traditional Mauritian dance and Zumba.
