LUX* Belle Mare has launched a new show and it is a culinary one! A few months after the grand re-opening of LUX* Grand Gaube, LUX* Resorts & Hotels Mauritius is again showing that its hotels are as innovative as ever. On 16th of May last, LUX* Belle Mare has sent a new invitation to a place where a warm atmosphere and connection are a must. Discover its new gastronomy concept with Luxury Mauritius: The Garden Table!
Dining as in a garden
Looking for an original dining venue! The Garden Table will perfectly match the tastes and desires of gastronomy lovers. In this cormer dedicated to fine flavours, just next to the main restaurant, the chefs and their brigade reign. They are at the centre of the concept which, at LUX* Belle Mare, opens on a new experience of dining venues. On the launching night, the mastermind behind it, Executive Chef Nicolas Baubé, has worked in partnership with co-worker, Chef Papu, to present an exceptional culinary show.
«It’s more than live cooking as our Chefs are literally throwing a show to enliven your taste buds and your senses», underlines Ashish Modak, Managing Director of LUX* Belle Mare.
To see and to be seen: a new culinary experience
Connecting with the guests! This a core value of this new corner where the Chefs are also part of the show. We see them preparing, cooking and serving the dishes. And they can fulfill your wishes as they are as close as possible. Everything is done so that your sight is never hindered and the tables are thus positioned in front of the Chefs’ work plan.
As gastronomy maestro Nicolas Barbé explains:
«All the senses are appealed with this exceptional show where you are eye-caught, smell good flavours and hear the sweet music of the dishes being cooked. Your appetite is whetted until the climax of the tasting where the savours explode in the mouth! »
It is a new way for LUX* Belle Mare to prove that it is still up to its reputation as one of the leading international innovative hotels – after its three awards at the International Hotel Awards 2018-2018 for Africa in Dubai last September, including the prize of Best Sustainable Hotel Africa.
