Gastronomy reimagined by multi-starred duet

Officially launched at its grand opening last January, One&Only Le Saint Géran’s new restaurants showcase exquisite dining experiences and signature dishes. One of them, PRIME – a newly transformed modern airy steakhouse with its precious ancient flooring rescued from a 16th century French chapel and its impressive wine cellar – will host this special dinner. And what’s best for this grandiose setting than eminent stars?

Thus, Chef Christophe Muller (Executive Chef of Paul Bocuse Group and youngest “Meilleur Ouvrier de France” in 2000), and Gilles Reinhardt (Head Chef at the three-starred Michelin restaurant, l’Auberge du Pont de Collonges, owned by late French Chef Paul Bocuse and co-writer of the latter’s first four-handed book to the title of “Simple as Bocuse”) will serve their own crafted four-course menu, inspired by the maestro’s treasured legacy.
