The turn of 2018 has come with a series of successes for Beachcomber group, boding well for fresh good news during the coming year. Mauritian hotels from Beachcomber group have had the honour to finish 2017 with a few milestones: the ceremony of the Top 10 Awards, a key event in the South African Beachcomber Tours, held in Mauritius; the visit of the group’s Italian travel agents as part of Eductour Beachcomber Discovery, and, 10,000 pictures now shared for the hashtag #BeachcomberExperience.
The Top 10 Premiers Awards at Trou aux Biches Beachcomber
Trou aux Biches Beachcomber has hosted the famous event of Beachcomber Tours in South Africa, the Top 10 Premier Awards, from 28th of November to 2nd of December 2017. The event – which aims at rewarding the best travel agents of the Beachcomber Resorts & Hotels tour operator -, had as unifying thread and main topic «Celebration», in honour of the 65th anniversary of the group.

The Italian agents of the Beachcomber network in Mauritius
A second good news has also been the visit of Italian agents who were touring Beachcomber hotels at the end of 2017, as part of Eductour Beachcomber Discovery. They have been hosted, from 27th of November to 3rd of December 2017 by different Beachcomber hotels in Mauritius. A customised stay has been scheduled for the occasion: beginning of the program at Shandrani Beachcomber, creation of cocktails at Dinarobin Beachcomber, Putt tournament at Paradis Beachcomber, rally, visit of Mont Choisy Le Golf and culinary competition.

Beachcomber Experience all around the world
The hashtag #BeachcomberExperience, launched in September 2016 at the time of the group’s rebranding, has appealed to Instagram followers who are fond of the magnificent landscapes around the Beachcomber hotels. The hashtag has reached 10,000 shared pictures by users around the world. Celebrities, photographers and influence-icons of the world of social networks as well as Beachcomber clients now use the hashtag to share their pictures.
