Bernard Loiseau Festival is about to take its quarters for its 14^th edition at Constance Belle Mare Plage from 16^th to 24^th of March 2019.

As true representatives of their respective arts, the participants will compete in 7 categories: culinary contest; Deutz Trophy; Nespresso Café Gourmand; decorative arts; bar; sommelier contest, and Pierre Hermé Pastry Contest – assisted by Mercotte, Pastry Chef Frédéric Cassel, and Pastry World Champion in 2013, Quentin Bailly.

This 14^th edition will welcome: Julien Poisot (France), Mikael Svensson (Norway), Maryline Nozahic (Switzerland), Sasha Kemmerer (Austria), Glynn Purnell (United Kingdom), and Takashi Kinoshita (France). These great figures will all be at their best, as well as the Chefs from Constance Hotels and Resorts’  to express their talent.
