Epicureans, fine gourmets and classical music lovers can indulge in a sensory and extraordinary experience, Perfect Pairings, to savour an exquisite five-course wine pairing dinner led by our experienced and talented Head Chef of PRIME, Vikash Coonjan, and our resident connoisseur sommelier, Michael
Bongrand. For her first visit in the Indian ocean, overarching the evening with her undeniable talent and live musical creations will be the celebrity pianist-composer of Australian- Vietnamese origins, Van-Anh Nguyen, who will add rhythm and tunes for the appeal of your senses at the legendary One&Only Le Saint Géran on Friday 16 November and Sunday 18 November as from 7pm.

Guests can join in this extraordinary five-course dinner at MUR 6,500 per person. The dress code is elegant, and gentlemen are kindly requested to wear long trousers (no jeans) and buttoned-up shirts with a collar.

The promising evening will start at 7pm with a welcome champagne reception. At 7 pm, guests can take their seats in Le Salon to witness this unparalleled show.
