«This training has enabled an outlook on the region’s last trends. Germain Lehodey, for the love of good wine

« It is important to adapt oneself by finding a new approach… ». This is one of Germain Lehodey’s philosophies. The sommelier, who has become the sommelier & Brand Ambassador of DGB – one of the main independent producers and distributors of wines and  spirits in South Africa – personifies it. His motivation is thus to find new ways to approach the art of wine tasting be it through training, discovery or  the catering trade.
