Get ready for a delightful journey filled with exciting competitions and emotions at its iconic gastronomy and pastry festival. The 16th edition of the Constance Culinary Festival, a major annual gathering of top-notch gastronomy, will take place from the 11th of March to the 19th of March at Constance Belle Mare Plage. During this event, world-renowned Michelin-starred chefs and pastry experts, in collaboration with Constance Hotels & Resorts‘ chefs, will showcase their culinary and pastry-making skills.
Created as a tribute to three-starred Chef Bernard Loiseau, who passed away in 2003, Constance Culinary Festival is organised by Constance Hotels & Resorts in collaboration with Relais Bernard Loiseau and Pierre Hermé. Six Michelin-starred chefs will participate in the Deutz and Bernard Loiseau trophies from 11 to 18 March. The jury includes Bérangère Loiseau, Vice President of Bernard Loiseau and Patrick Bertron, Chef of the 2-star Relais Bernard Loiseau restaurant.
Titillating surprises
The pastry competition, presided over by Pierre Hermé, a master of French pastry, will be organized in collaboration with Valrhona, a leading French chocolate brand. The jury will consist of pastry chefs Pierre Hermé and Frédéric Cassel, among others.
