Luxury Mauritius: the New International Luxury magazine of Mauritius

Luxury Mauritius, the 1st real estate portal in Mauritius, launches on the 5th December 2013 “Luxury Mauritius”, its new premium luxury bilingual publication geared towards business, real estate, exclusive products and luxurious lifestyle in Mauritius.

Luxury Mauritius is a high-class magazine both in terms of display and content, designed to promote Mauritius regarding business opportunities, high-end real estate investments, services and quality of life. It explicitly targets foreigners: entrepreneurs, investors or retirees wishing to invest and settle in Mauritius.

Thanks to its content, Luxury Mauritius has been designed to answer questions which future and potential investors might ask themselves. The Interviews from market experts in their fields of activity as well as numerous reports of the leading Mauritian companies, allow you to get a clear insight about the positioning of Mauritius as a regional business center and also a prime destination in terms of high-class services, luxury products (jewelry, hotels, etc…) and exclusive leisure activities. The magazine also includes a chapter totally dedicated to luxury real estate regarding IRS and RES prestigious villas for sale and for rental.

The luxury sector remains one of the most resistant sectors to the current economic crisis”, says Delphine Taylor,’s General Manager. “We wanted to promote the Mauritian luxury sector because there are no such specialized magazines in the market at present. Luxury Mauritius is designed for the international market. It will hence be distributed in an interactive version to more than 3000 luxury real estate agencies worldwide namely France, Monaco, Spain, Italy, UK, Russia, India, China, South Africa and Dubai. In Mauritius, the distribution will target hotels, local real estate agencies, MTPA, the Yu Lounge as well as supermarkets and shops via the IPBD network. Luxury Mauritius will also be sold in Réunion Island. Moreover, a magazine application will be available in Apple and Google stores including website. An international press release will be issued by an expert agency to promote Mauritius abroad through newspapers, websites and social media. Furthermore, a specialized blog and a Facebook page totally dedicated to the magazine will be launched in 2014.
