Six Michelin-starred chefs will participate in the Deutz and Bernard Loiseau trophies from 11 to 18 March. The jury includes Bérangère Loiseau, Vice President of Bernard Loiseau and Patrick Bertron, Chef of the 2-star Relais Bernard Loiseau restaurant.
The pastry competition, presided over by Pierre Hermé, a master of French pastry, will be organized in collaboration with Valrhona, a leading French chocolate brand. The jury will consist of pastry chefs Pierre Hermé and Frédéric Cassel, among others.
