On November 16th and 18th, let yourself be charmed by new sensations. Following the keys given by the Australian-Vietnamese pianist, a succession of refined dishes by Head Chef Vikash Coonjan of PRIME restaurant will be assorted to divine nectars selected by talented sommelier Michael Bongrand to enchant the taste buds of the guests of the evenings.

This event is the meeting point of talents for an exceptional dinner in an exquisite setting. Le Salon, the prestigious hotel’ s conference venue will be transformed, for this special occasion, into a concert dinner hall, where every track played will be suited to a particular dish. It is when the famed pianist will play her greatest hits for a gastronomic tasting menu of 5 dishes – skillfully crafted by Head Chef Vikash Coonjan and his brigade- to be paired with great vintage wines chosen by the passionate in-house sommelier Michael Bongrand.
