Under the Come Alive collection label, this new Sunlife philosophy, which includes Sugar Beach, Long Beach, La Pirogue and Hotel Ambre, as well as the award-winning Ile aux Cerfs Golf Club, was unveiled to hundreds of guests and celebrities at a gala event on the 1st of December.

“It is a great pride for me to be able to lead a pioneer company in the hotel sector in Mauritius with such a rich history and great teams. We have three reasons to celebrate tonight. The first is the successful recovery of our tourism industry after the pandemic. Secondly, it is an opportunity to properly launch Sugar Beach which is now fully renovated. Finally, we are delighted to also be able to celebrate a new era for Sun Resorts as we are now Sunlife,” said François Eynaud at the event.

This beautiful evening was also an opportunity for Sunlife to inaugurate and share the metamorphosis of Sugar Beach, its emblematic West Coast hotel. A beautiful opening with a fairy-tale and flowery decor, with characters dressed in sumptuous costumes, and sublimated by singing, dancing and artistic acts. The highlight of the show was the collaboration between the French magazine Paris Match and Sunlife for an exhibition of 19 photos under the theme Sea, Stars and Sun in the Sugar Beach gardens.
